Our Experience
Mike Box is a journeyman plumber and gas fitter, with over 20 years’ experience in all areas of the mechanical industry, including sheet metal, HVAC/refrigeration, and fire sprinkler systems. He has worked on all sizes of projects, in the industrial, commercial and residential industries throughout the Okanagan area and beyond.
Shaunna has been working in the mechanical industry as an office administrator and sales representative for over 10 years, she strives to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction to our valued customers.

You only pay for only the actual time and materials used on your project, we have a set labour and mark-up rate and will provide all timesheets and invoices that pertain to your project in order to maintain the utmost in transparency. This arrangement isn't for everyone, as some prefer a hard quote, but if you're willing to go COST+ with a reputable contractor it may save you valuable time and money in the end!
